Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase; however, we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return/exchange an item. While we would never knowingly disappoint you if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, contact customer service at cs@usadiabeticsocks.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment include your name, order # and reason for return or if an exchange include the item you wish to receive in exchange. We will respond with a return authorization label. Your refund or exchange will promptly be processed upon receipt of your return.

If you're returning or exchanging something, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. USA Diabetic Socks will pay all shipping to you. If there are credits or charges due on the merchandise, they will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Please follow the simple steps below to return or exchange your socks after contacting customer service for your return authorization & return label:

  • Returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Returns on partial orders(less than purchased quantity or worn, wash or damaged or missing items) will be credited proportionately.
  • Approved extended returns may be subject to 10%-20% repackaging & restocking charge.

                   IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

For Undergarment Products (Socks): Since socks are in direct contact with the skin they are considered undergarments and are not returnable if Tried On, Worn or Sock Band Is Broken. They must be in new condition (free of odor, cosmetics, markings etc.).  Return only socks that have not been tried on or worn with sock band in tact. If you aren't sure and need to try on, remove one sock from inside the band and try it on.  If you have removed a sock from the band and tried it on, that sock cannot be returned however, you will receive full credit for the 5 in band socks returned. We know that undergarments are personal. We therefore take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they are in new and pristine condition before returning anything to our inventory. Package all the returnable socks and return them to the address on the RMA label. When socks are received we will promptly & proportionately process your refund for the socks returned.
